Land Rover Discovery: Auxiliary Climate Control Evaporator and Blower Motor Assembly (G1817039) / Removal and Installation

REMOVAL

NOTES:

Refer to: Wheel and Tire (204-04 Wheels and Tires, Removal and Installation).

CAUTION:

Take extra care not to damage the component.

Open the rear door.

Torque: 45 Nm

Torque: 25 Nm

NOTE:

Discard the retaining clips.

Renew Part: Retaining clips.

CAUTION:

Install new o-ring seals

NOTES:

• Remove and discard the O-ring seals.
• Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

Renew Part: Evaporator pipe O-ring seals.

Torque: 10 Nm

Torque: 5 Nm

NOTE:

Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

Torque: 5 Nm

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
