REMOVAL

CAUTION:

Take extra care not to damage the component.

Open the rear door.

Torque: 45 Nm

Torque: 25 Nm

NOTE:

Discard the retaining clips.

Renew Part: Retaining clips.

CAUTION:

Install new o-ring seals

NOTES:

  • Remove and discard the O-ring seals.
  • Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

Renew Part: Evaporator pipe O-ring seals.

Torque: 10 Nm

Auxiliary climate control evaporator and blower motor assembly (G1817039) removal and installation

Torque: 5 Nm

NOTE:

Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
