REMOVAL

WARNING:
Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
Remove the accessory drive belt.
Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt (303-05B Accessory Drive - INGENIUM I4 2.0L

Remove the crankshaft pulley.

INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
Make sure that the surface is clean and free of foreign
material.

NOTE:
Do not fully tighten the bolts at this stage.

Install the crankshaft pulley.

Install the accessory drive belt.

block, below the thermostat housing. The solenoid is located in a port in the
cylinder block and sealed with an O-ring seal. A screw secures the solenoid
