WARNING:

Raise and support the vehicle.

REMOVAL

NOTE:
Allow 10 minutes for the engine oil to drain from the oil filter
housing.

- Loosen the filter cover 4 complete turns to allow engine oil to
drain from the filter cover.
- Make sure that the O-ring seal is exposed.
NOTE:
Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

Remove and discard the oil filter element.
INSTALLATION
NOTE:
Install new O-ring seals.

Lubricate the oil filter O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
Renew Part: Oil filter O-ring seal.
CAUTION:
Tighten the component finger tight first.

Renew Part: Oil filter.
Torque: 28 Nm
