REMOVAL

NOTES:

  • Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  • The ignition must be switched off.

WARNING:

Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

Speed Control Sensor (G1780348) Removal and Installation

NOTE:

Make sure that the sensor is correctly located to the bracket.

Audible clicks will be heard to confirm connection.

  • Use a suitable tool to release the sensor from the retaining bracket.

INSTALLATION

NOTE:

Make sure that the sensor is aligned after installation as described in the speed control sensor adjustment procedure.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
