Raise and support the vehicle.

Remove and discard the gasket.

Renew Part: EGR cooler to EGR valve gasket.
Torque: 12 Nm
NOTE:
Remove and discard the gaskets.

Renew Part: EGR pipe to exhaust manifold gasket.
Torque: 12 Nm

Torque: 8 Nm
INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
Install the bolts and tighten in the sequence shown.
NOTE:
Install new gaskets.
