Removal and Installation
REMOVAL
NOTES:

WARNING:
Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
Refer to: Fuel Filter (310-01B Fuel Tank and Lines - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel,
Removal and Installation).
Torque: 25 Nm
Support the engine
Torque: 110 Nm
NOTE:
Loosen the bolt, but do not fully remove.
Torque: 110 Nm
Torque: 80 Nm
Torque: 80 Nm
NOTE:
Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for
access only
Torque: 110 Nm
INSTALLATION
- Refer to: Engine Mount Alignment (303-01B Engine - INGENIUM I4
2.0L Diesel, General Procedures).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Raise and support the vehicle.

NOTE:
Remove and discard the gasket.
Renew Part: EGR cooler to EGR valve gasket.
Torque: 12 Nm
NOTE:
Remove and discard the gaskets.
Renew Part: EGR pipe to exhaust manifold gasket.
Torque: 12 Nm
Torque: 8 Nm
INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
Install the bolts and tighten in the sequence shown.
NOTE:
Install new gaskets.
Torque: 20 Nm
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
