REMOVAL
WARNING:

NOTES:

WARNING:
Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
Remove the engine acoustic cover.
Refer to: Engine Cover - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel (501-05 Interior
Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
Remove the right front fender splash shield. Refer to: Fender Splash Shield
(501-02 Front End Body Panels,
Removal and Installation).
Remove the front subframe.
Refer to: Front Subframe (502-00 Uni-Body, Subframe and
Mounting System, Removal and Installation).
Remove the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).
Refer to: Diesel Particulate Filter - Vehicles With: Diesel Exhaust
