Installation
NOTE:
Make sure that the drilled out spot welds are installed with metal
inert gas (MIG) plug welds in the same quantities.
Using the old suspension top mount for reference prepare the

Installation
WARNING:
Make sure that a new nut is installed.
Special Tool(s): 205-053
Torque: 150 Nm
CAUTION:
The component must be aligned with the installation
markings.
Make sure new Driveshaft bolts are installed.
Torque: 40 Nm
Torque: 25 Nm
Check and top-up the active on-demand couplin
Engine Cooling - Ingenium i4 2.0l Diesel Cooling System Partial Draining,
Filling and Bleeding (G1879553) / General Procedures
DRAINING
CAUTIONS:
The engine cooling system must be maintained with the correct
concentration and type of anti-freeze solution to prevent corrosion
and frost damage. Failure to follow this instruction may result in
damage to the engine.
Engine coolant will damage the paint finished surfaces.
