Installation
Make sure the correct vehicle suspension components are installed.

WARNING:
Make sure to support the shock absorber.
CAUTIONS:
- Make sure the component is aligned as shown.
- Make sure that the spring is installed to the damper
assembly with the paint marks (located on the spring) at
the top.

- Make sure that a new nut is installed.
- Make sure to support the shock absorber.

Renew Part: Shock absorber nut.
Torque: 67 Nm
CAUTION:
Make sure the components are aligned as shown.

Install the spring and damper assembly.
Refer to: Shock Absorber and Spring Assembly (204-01 Front
Suspension, Removal and Installation).
Check the suspension system ride height.

The compressed air line supply pressure must be between 3.5 and 12
bar (50 and 175 psi) for the smoke test equipment to function
correctly. Do not exceed this pressure. Failure to follow this
instruction may result in damage to the smoke test equipment.
