REMOVAL

WARNING:

Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

CAUTION:

Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.

Rear drive axle_differential - Vehicles without- Active driveline active on-demand coupling oil pump (G1775372) Removal and installation

CAUTIONS:

  • Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.
  • Discard the bolts.
  • Be prepared to collect escaping oil.
  • Remove and discard the O-ring seals.

Rear drive axle_differential - Vehicles without- Active driveline active on-demand coupling oil pump (G1775372) Removal and installation

INSTALLATION

CAUTIONS:

  • Install new bolts.
  • Install new O-ring seals.

NOTE:

Lubricate the O-ring seals.

Torque: 9 Nm

Check and top-up the active on-demand coupling fluid level.

Refer to: Active On-Demand Coupling Filling (205-02A Rear Drive Axle/Differential - Vehicles Without: Active Driveline, General Procedures).

If a new component has been installed, configure using Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment.
