REMOVAL

NOTES:

WARNING:

Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

Refer to: Secondary Bulkhead Centre Panel - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Diesel (501-02 Front End Body Panels, Removal and Installation).

Torque: 10 Nm

Torque: 8 Nm

Torque: 8 Nm

Torque: 8 Nm

Torque: 10 Nm

Torque: 10 Nm

CAUTIONS:

• Make sure that new sealing washers are installed.
• Be prepared to collect escaping oil.

Torque: 18 Nm

Torque: 25 Nm

CAUTIONS:

• Make sure that the gasket is correctly located.
• Install a new gasket.

Torque: 12 Nm

Torque: 10 Nm

Release the catalytic converter securing bolts to allow the assembly to be repositioned.

Torque: 24 Nm

Torque: 28 Nm

Torque: 28 Nm

CAUTIONS:

• Install a new gasket.
• Make sure that the gasket is correctly located.

CAUTIONS:

• Make sure that new sealing washers are installed.
• Be prepared to collect escaping oil.

INSTALLATION

To install reverse the removal procedure.
