NOTE:
The rear lamp panel outer is installed in conjunction with:
- Rear bumper cover
- Rear bumper
- Rear lamp assembly
- Quarter panel
- Quarter panel lower extension
- Side panel
- Loadspace trim panel

- The rear lamp panel outer is serviced as indicated.
- Before commencing this procedure make sure that you are aware of
all Health and Safety requirements.

NOTES:
- Any joints sealed as part of vehicle manufacture must be sealed as
part of the repair.
- Make sure a zinc rich primer is applied to any bare metal surfaces.

- Remove the liftgate mounting buffers as indicated

- Remove the spot welds as indicated.

- Carefully build an expansion space between the rear lamp panel
outer and the water drain panel to aid panel removal as indicated.
- Carefully separate the joints and remove the rear lamp panel outer.

Dress the flanges where necessary.
Offer up the new rear lamp panel outer and clamp into position.
Check alignment, if correct, proceed to next step, if not, rectify and

SEE MORE:
Do not exceed the Gross Vehicle
Weight (GVW), maximum rear
axle weight, maximum trailer
weight, or nose weight.
Exceeding any of these limits
could cause instability and a loss
of control.
Do not loop the breakaway cable
or safety chain over the tow ball,
as it may slide off.
