NOTE:
The roof rear panel is installed in conjunction with:
- Headliner
- Roof moulding
- Side air curtain module
- Glass roof panel
- Liftgate
- The roof rear panel is serviced as indicated.
- Before commencing this procedure make sure that you are aware of
all Health and Safety requirements.

NOTES:
- Where self piercing rivets (SPR) removal is instructed use either the
approved SPR tool or a 5.3mm drill bit.
- Any joints sealed as part of vehicle manufacture must be sealed as
part of the repair.
- New screw in roof studs must be installed in the installation of the
roof rear panel.
- Make sure a zinc rich primer is applied to any bare metal surfaces.

- Release and position the wiring harness to one side.
- Remove the roof studs as indicated.
- Remove the SPR's and the spot welds as indicated.
- Carefully separate the joints and remove the roof rear panel.
