The inner quarter panel upper is installed in conjunction with:
Rear bumper cover
Side panel
Quarter panel
Fuel tank filler pipe
Rocker panel
The inner quarter panel upper is serviced as indicated.

NOTE:
The steering wheel heater will not operate if the engine is not
running.
NOTES:
An infra-red thermometer is used during this test.
The steering wheel temperature should have increased by
approximately 10ºC after 5 minutes.
